Christmas Forecast
Christmas Eve is finally here and what a beautiful day it is. We are seeing nothing but pretty blue skies outside with sunny conditions. Temperatures are currently in the lower 50s and are expected to get up to the mid to upper 50s later this afternoon. I really wanted to just focused in the big day tomorrow, so not alot of weather discussions here today.

The main weather story for Christmas day is the chance for rain starting early in the morning a along with cooler temperatures. Models shows rain starting around the early mornings of Saturday. We are going to have rain the forecast throughout the morning and early periods of the afternoon. By the afternoon of tomorrow, rain should be moved off toward the west due to drier air aloft coming in. Also, cooler temperatures are expected as well as the highs tomorrow will be in the upper 40s. Later that evening, we have some really strong cold air from Canada that is going to dip down to the southern region and we are really going to feel it. Actual lows will be in the mid 20s but when you add in the wind chill factor it is going to feel like temps are in the teens. Especially when winds are going to be gusting at 25mph!

Be sure to have your coats, jackets, and umbrella in hand if you planned to be outdoors. Christmas Day certainly looks like the perfect day to bring out the sweaters! On the the behalf of Face of the Sky, I hope you all have a Merry Christmas! See you all next Monday! Stay safe and God Bless!
